上海伯东代理美国考夫曼博士设立的考夫曼公司 KRI 考夫曼离子源 KDC 系列. 属于栅网离子源, 离子束可选聚焦/ 平行/ 散射.
离子束流: >10 mA~650 mA; 离子动能: 100-1200 V; 中和器: 灯丝.
加热灯丝产生电子, 增强设计输出高质量, 稳定的电子流.
离子源采用模块化设计, 方便清洁/ 保养/ 维修/ 安装.
通入气体可选 Ar, Kr, Xe, O2, N2, H2, others.
考夫曼离子源 KDC 系列包含多种不同尺寸的离子源满足各类应用. 可以直接整合在各类真空设备中, 例如实验室小型研发, 镀膜机, load lock, 溅射系统, 卷绕镀膜机和线性镀膜.
